Section 173 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution for the words "compound any proceedings thereunder."', of enactment the words "compound any proceedings thereunder, subject to the recovery of an amount that is not less than one third of the fine that may be imposed under sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) of subsection (1), Such fine recovered shall be credited to the Consolidated Fund."'. |
