Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 16 of 1985) - Sect 32

Amendment of the First Schedule to the principal enactment

32. The First Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:
(a) in Part IIA of that Schedule by the substitution, for the expression" for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1984 ", of the expression " for the year of assessment commencing on April, 1984 " ;
(b) by the insertion, immediately after Part IIA of that Schedule, of the following Part:-
(c) by the repeal of Part IV of the Schedule and the substitution therefore of the following:
