Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 21 of 1994) - Sect 14

Amendment of section 24 of the principal enactment

14. Section 24 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows:"
(1) in paragraph (q) of that subsection, by the substitution for the words and figures " entered into by him on or after April 1, 1987 but prior to April i, 1993 in any year ",of the words and figures ' entered into by him on or after April 1,1987 in any year ; and
(2) by the repeal of paragraph (qq) of that subsection.
