Amendment of section 17A of the principal enactment

7. Section 17A of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (a) of subsection (20 of that section by substitution for the words "an undertaking for the cultivation of sugarcane ;" , of the words "an undertaking for the cultivating land with any plants of whatever description other than tea, rubber, coconut or paddy ;" .
