Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 22 of 1990) - Sect 23

Amendment of the First Schedule to the principal enactment

23. The First Schedule to, the principal enactment is hereby amended in Part IV of that Schedule, as follows : "
(1) by the substitution, in paragraph (b) of that Part, enactment, for the words and figures "on or after April 1, 198b" of the words and figures 'on or after April 1, 1985 but prior to April 1, 1990": and
(2) by the addition, at the end of that Part, of the" following paragraph :-
" (c) for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1990"
