Section. 81 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section in, paragraph (b) of the proviso thereto by the substitution for the words or to interest on any loan or advance made by a banker.", of the words " or to interest on any loan or advance made by a banker or to any interest paid to any person, on moneys lying to his credit in foreign currency with any foreign currency banking unit,". |
