Amendment of section 32EEE of the principal enactment

18. Section 32EEE of the principal enactment amended by Act, No. 16 of 1996 is hereby further amended in paragraph (d) of subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for words and figures any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1996", of the words and figures "the year of assessment commencing on April 1, 1996".
