Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 24 of 1997) - Sect 28

Amendment of section 113N of the principal enactment

28. Section 11 3N of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words and figures "any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1993,", of the words and figures "any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1993, but prior to April 1, 1997".
