Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 24 of 1997) - Sect 30

Amendment of section 113s of the principal enactment

30. Section 113s of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words "employer and which is paid by such employer", of the words and figure "employer and which is paid, in accordance with the provisions of section 11 3M, by such employer".
