Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 26 of 1968) - Sect 9

Amendment of section 28 of the principal Act

9.
(1) Section 28 of the principal Act is hereby amended in paragraph (va) by the substitution, for the words " of this Act ", of the words " of this Chapter".
(2) The amendment made in section 28 of the principal Act by sub-section (1) of this section shall be deemed to have come into force on the date of commencement of that Act.
