Section 17 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " approved by the Minister, which commenced to carry on, on or after that date ", of the words and figures " approved by the Minister, by Order published in the Gazette, prior to March 31, 1983, which commenced to carry on, on or after November 15, 1977 ". |
