34, Section 129 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of that section as follows :
| (a) in sub paragraph (i) of that paragraph, by the substitution for all the words from ''such cash " to "in default;", of the following: "such cash shall be first applied in the payment of the costs and charges: of seizing and any balance applied in satisfaction of the tax in default;" and |

| (b) in sub paragraph (ii) of that paragraph by the substitution for all the words from " and the proceeds " to " in default;", of the following : |
