Amendment of section 11 of the principal enactment

4. Section 11 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (b) of that section by the substitution, for the figures " 16B, 16C, 17,17A ", of the figures " 16B, 16C, 16D, 17, 17A ".
