Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 49 of 1991) - Sect 36

Amendment of section 163 of the principal enactment

36. Section 163 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after the definition of " property", of the following definition :" "Provincial Council" means any Provincial Council established for a Province, under Article 154A of the Constitution ;'.
