Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 49 of 1991) - Sect 5

Amendment of section 14 of the principal enactment

5. Section 14 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (a) of that section as follows :-
(a) by the substitution, in sub-paragraph (xvii) (b) of that paragraph, for the words and figure. “referred to in section 17F, if the sum ", of the words and figure " referred to in section 17F, if the sum "; and
(b) by the substitution in sub-paragraph (xix) of that. paragraph for the words and figures " referred to in section 22DDD", of the words and figure " referred to in section 22DDDD ",
