Section 30 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the third proviso to subsection (2) of that section by the substitution, for the words and figures any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1989", of the words and figures "any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1989, but prior to March 31, 1997 and for the period commencing from March 31, 1997 to December 31, 1997". |
