20. The Third Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:"
| (1) by the repeal of item 1 of that Schedule, and the substitution, of the following item therefor:-
| | " 1. Hindu Undivided Families." for the year of assessment commencing on April 1, 1979, and for the six years of assessment immediately succeeding that year of assessment"

| (2) by the repeal of item 4 of that Schedule, and the substitution, of the following item therefor:-
| | "4. Trustees (including trustees under last wills)" for the year of assessment commencing on April 1, 1979 and for the six years of assessment immediately succeeding that year of assessment"

|
| (3) by the repeal of item 11 of that Schedule and the substitution, of the following item therefor:-
| | " 11. Business Undertakings vested in the Government under the Business Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, No. 35 of 1971- (b) for any year of assessment commencing on or after April l, 1986-
