Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 63 of 1992) - Sect 21

Amendment of section 73 of the principal enactment

21. Section 73 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (lA)of that section, as follows: "
(1) in paragraph (iv) of that subsection, by the substitution for the words and figures " commencing on or after April 1, 1980. of the words and figures " commencing on or after April 1, 1986, but prior to April 1, 1992; and ": and
(2) by the addition, immediately after paragraph (iv) of that subsection of the following paragraph :"
" (v) forty-two thousand rupees, for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1,1992.".
