Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 63 of 1992) - Sect 36

Amendment of the First Schedule to the principal enactment

36. The First Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :"
(1) in Part 11D of that Schedule by the substitution, for the words and figures "The rates of income tax for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1988, shall be as follows : ", of the words and figures " The rates of income tax for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1988, but prior to April l, 1992, shall be as follows : " " ;
(2) by the insertion, immediately after Part 11D of that Schedule, of the following Part:"
