Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 6 of 1969) - Sect 24

Amendment of section 76 of the principal Act

24. Section 76 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words " liable to United Kingdom income tax, or Commonwealth tax ", of the words " liable to Commonwealth tax ''.
