Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 6 of 1969) - Sect 6

Amendment of section 10 of the principal Act

6. Section 10 of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows: -
(1) in sub-section (1) of that section, by the substitution, in paragraph (g) of that sub-section, for the words " expended by such person ", of the following: -
(2) in sub-section (4) of that section, by the substitution, in paragraph (6) of that sub-section for the words " in the case of a discard ", of the words '' in the case of a sale or discard '
