Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 6 of 1969) - Sect 8

Amendment of section 17 of the principal Act

8. Section 17 of the principal Act is hereby amended in sub-section (3) of that section by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (c) of that sub-section, of the following paragraph:-
"(cc) any sum received on or after April 1, 1968. as compensation for loss of office on employment, or ".
