Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1987) - Sect 17

Amendment of section 33 of the principal enactment.

17. Section 33 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:
(1) (a) in paragraph (a) of subsection (IB) of that section by the substitution for the words and figures "on or after April 1, 1979", of the words and figures" on or after April 1, 1979, but before November 12, 1986,; and
(2) by the insertion immediately after subsection (IB) of that section of the following subsection:
(3) by the insertion immediately after paragraph (a) 01 subsection (2) of that section of the following paragraph:
