Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1987) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 7 of Act No. 28 of 1979

2. Section 7 of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 23 of 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the" principal enactment") is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) in subsection (4) of that section by the substitution in paragraph (d) for the words" change of owner ship of any property", of the words and figures change of ownership of any property, prior to November 12, 1986";
(2) by the insertion immediately after subsection that section of the following subsection:
