4, Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows:
| (1) by the substitution in paragraph (m) of that sub- section, for the words " to his residence. ", of the words " to his residence ; and " ; and |

| (2) by the addition immediately after paragraph (m) of that subsection of the following paragraph: " (n) such part of any sum paid to an employee at the time of his retirement, from any provident or pension fund, as represents income derived by that fund for any period commencing on or after April 1, 1987, from investments made by it. ". |
