The First Schedule to the principal enactment, as amended by Act No. 18 of 1965, is hereby further amended by the insertion, immediately after the item relating to " Public Corporations established with capital wholly or partly provided by the Government of Ceylon '', of the following new item: -" Business Undertakings acquired or vested in the Government under the Business Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, No. 35 of 1971-The rate of tax chargeable in respect of resident companies.". |
