Land Acquisition (Amendment) Act (No. 23 of 1964) - Sect 8

Amendment of section 22 of the principal Act

8. Section 22 of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows : -
(1) in subsection (1) of that section, by the addition, at the end of that subsection, of the following : -
(2) in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution, for "zoard", of the word " board ".
