Local Authorities (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Act (No. 11 of 1985) - Sect 5

Amendment of section 8 of the principal enactment

5. Section 8 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution therefor, of the following subsection :
" (1) The Minister may make rules in respect of the time limit within which and the manner in which appeals have to be made under this Act.".
