Local Authorities (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Act (No. 11 of 1985) - Sect 6

Amendment of section 9 of the principal enactment

6. Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the definition of "local authority", by the substitution for the words" Urban Council, Town Council or Village Council", of the words "Urban Council or Development Council.".
