Section 159 of the Urban Councils Ordinance is hereby amended in sub-section (1) thereof, in paragraph (a), by the substitution, for the words " by the Council in the exercise of its powers and the discharge of its functions ", of the words " by the Council or by the secretary or any other officer of the Council in the exercise of its or his powers and the discharge of its or his functions ". |
