6.
| (1) It shall be lawful for the Board, from time to time, at a general meeting and by a majority of members present and voting thereat, to make rules, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, or any other written law for all or any of the following matters:-
| | (a) the term of office of the Board, the resignation or vacation of office and filling of vacancies; | | |
| | (b) the powers, conduct, duties and functions of the various officers, agents and servants of the Trust, including their terms and conditions of service; | | |
| | (c) the procedure to be observed at, the summoning and holding of, meetings of the Board, the times, places, notice and agenda of such meetings, the quorum therefore and the conduct of business thereat; | | |
| | (d) the administration and management of the property of the Trust, the custody of its funds and maintenance and audit of its accounts; and | | |
| | (e) generally the management of the affairs of the Trust and the accomplishment of its objects. | | |

| (2) Any rule made by the Board may be amended or rescinded in like manner as a rule may be under subsection (1). |
