Local Government Service (Amendment) Act (No. 10 of 1985) - Sect 20

Amendment of section 25 of the principal enactment

20. Section 25 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition of "local authority", of the following definition- "local authority" means any Municipal Council, Urban Council or Development Council;".
