Local Government Service Law (No. 16 of 1974) - Sect 15

Establishment of Pension Fund

15.
(1) There shall be established a Fund to be known as the Local Government Service Pension Fund for the payment of pensions and gratuities to the pensionable members of the service.
(2) The Local Government Service Pension Fund established under the repealed Act shall be deemed to be the Local Government Service Pension Fund established under this section.
