Amendment of Section 26 of the principal enactment

11. Section 26 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition "local authority it in that section, of the following definition : "local authority" means any Municipal Council. Urban Council, Development Council or Pradeshiya Sabha ;",
