| 20. It shall be lawful for the Chairman or any officer authorized by him in writing or any police officer of a rank not below that of Sub-Inspector or of any excise officer of a rank not below that of Inspector at any reasonable time to enter the premises of a club and call for and inspect all registers, accounts and documents required by or under this Law to be kept on the premises, and take copies of the whole or any part of any such register, account of document |
