Licensing Of Clubs Law (No. 17 of 1975) - Sect 8

Copy of statement of objections to be served on the applicant;

8. The Chairman shall cause a copy of every statement of objections furnished to him under sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of section 6 in respect of any application to be served on the applicant.
