Mortgage (Amendment) Act (No. 27 of 1987) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 114 of Chapter 89

2. Section 114 of the Mortgage Act is hereby amended in subsection (5) of that section by the substitution for the words" (not exceeding fifty rupees for each sitting) ", of the words" (not exceeding one hundred and fifty rupees for each sitting) ".
