Replacement of section 6 of the principal enactment
3. Section 6 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor:
6. At every meeting of the College Council the Director of Health Services, or in his absence the Director-General of Teaching Hospitals or in the absence of both, the Deputy Director of Health (Medical Services)
