Mines And Minerals Act (No. 33 of 1992) - Sect 27

This Act not to affect hydrocarbons

27. The provisions of this Act shall not apply to any mineral to which the provisions of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Act, No. 28 of 1961, and the State Gem Corporation Act, No. 13 of 1971 apply.
