Mines And Minerals Act (No. 33 of 1992) - Sect 40

Appeals appeal to the supreme Court

40.
(1) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Secretary under subsection (2) of section 39 may there from to the Supreme Court. Every such appeal shall be in the manner prescribed by the relevant rules of the Supreme Court.
(2) The Supreme Court may on an appeal made under subsection (I), affirm or reverse the decision against which such appeal has been made.
