Mahaweli Authority Of Sri Lanka Act (No. 23 of 1979) - Sect 10

Meetings and quorum at meetings of the Authority

10.
(1) Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the Authority may regulate its procedure in regard to the meetings of the Authority and the transaction of business at such meetings.
(2) The quorum for a meeting of the Authority shall, unless the Authority otherwise determines, be three members.
