| (1) The Authority may utilize the funds of the Authority for the purpose of defraying any expenditure incurred in the management of the affairs of the Authority, the transaction of the business of the Authority, the payment of remuneration of the Directors and the employees of the Authority and the exercise of the powers and the performance of the duties of the Authority under this Act, and such other purposes as the Authority may authorize from time to time. |

| (2) The Authority shall make rules for the withdrawal of any moneys from the Fund and no sum shall be with drawn from the Fund except in accordance with such rules. |
