Mahaweli Authority Of Sri Lanka Act (No. 23 of 1979) - Sect 36

Corporation to be a body corporate

36.
(1) The Corporation shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name and may perform such acts as body corporate may by law perform.
(2) The provision of section 11 of this Act shall, mutatis mutandis, apply in relation to any Corporation established under this Act.
