Directors of the Authority

4. The Authority shall consist of five Directors of whom

(a) three Directors shall be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of the President; and

(b) two ex officio Directors, namely

	(i) the Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance ; and

	(ii) the Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the administration of this Act.
