All property belonging to. the Reserve other than the property of individual members of the Reserve, and the exclusive right to. sue far and recover monies. and other property due to. the Reserve or to. any Part of the Reserve, shall vest in the Director-General of the Reserve along with the power far him to. sue and to. make such contracts and conveyances, and to. do. all other lawful things relating to. such property; and any civil or criminal proceeds taken by virtue of this section by the Director-General of the Reserve shall not be discontinued and. shall not abate by reason of his death resignation, retirement or removal from office, but may be carried an by and in the name of his successor in office. |
