Establishment of Supplementary Forces

52.
(1) The President may by order published in the Gazette (hereinafter referred to as "an Establishment Order ") raise and maintain in accordance with the provisions of this Act
(a) the National Auxiliary force;
(b) any other Auxiliary force;
(c) any Para-military force;
(d) the Home Guard;
(e) any Civil Defence force.
(2) Every Establishment Order shall
(a) assign a name and style to such Supplementary Force; and
(b) specify the objectives of such Supplementary Forces.
(3) Upon any Establishment Order being made under the provisions of subsection (1), a Supplementary Force under the name and style specified in such Order shall be deemed to have been established for the objectives specified in the order.
