Disbandment of Supplementary Forces

53.
(1) The President may, by Order published in the Gazette (hereinafter referred to as "a Disbandment Order ") disband the whole or any part of any Supplementary Force established under the preceding provisions of this Part of this Act.
(2) Upon any disbandment Order being made under the provisions of subsection (1) the Supplementary Force specified in the said Order shall be deemed to have been disbanded.
