Mediation Board Act (No. 72 of 1988) - Sect 16

Privileges

16.
(1) Every person who makes a statement before a Mediation Board shall in respect of such statement be entitled to all the privileges which a witness giving evidence before a court of law is entitled to in respect of such evidence.
(2) No statement made by any person, before a Mediation Board shall be admissible in evidence in any civil or criminal proceedings.
