Mediation Board Act (No. 72 of 1988) - Sect 18

Offence settled by a Mediation Board deemed to be compounded

18. Where any offence specified in the Second Schedule to this Act is settled by a Mediation Board such offence shall be deemed to have been compounded within the meaning, and for the purpose, of paragraph (a) of subsection (4) of section 266 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No. 15 of 1979,
