| 19. Any Board may, in carrying out its duties under paragraph (a) of section 10 and subsection (2) of section 14 require the assistance of any Grama Seva Niladhari appointed for a Grama Seva Niladnari's division within the Mediation Board area, to communicate any notification to a disputant or other person, and such Grama Seva Niladhari shall when so required, render all such assistance as may be necessary in that regard to such Board. |
